A little one, but still...
I can't believe it's been almost 4 months since I put my baby locs in! I am a little surprised that I have managed to keep them in this long, but I haven't really missed my loose hair that much.
I've tweaked my routine a bit to accommodate the needs of my scalp - conditioner once a month just wasn't cutting it. I've been latching my hair about once a month and I am hoping to stretch that out to every six weeks. My twists do not unravel at all when I wash my hair, but I am trying to figure out what to do with some straggly ends.
I was going to add some commentary about the loced life, perceptions, politics, and philosophy but I am tired. Maybe tomorrow.
